corn cake fritters

1-15 oz. can corn, drained                                            
2 eggs
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4-1/2 cup gluten free flour
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
chopped basil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 T. almond milk


Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a teaspoon of oil. Drop by spoonfuls and fry until golden brown on both sides.
