spaghetti squash cups

1 spaghetti squash, roasted
2 eggs
Sweet:
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
salt to taste
Savory:
1 onion, diced and sauteed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place cooked spaghetti squash flesh in a bowl and add the eggs. Add sweet or savory ingredients. Scoop into muffin tins and bake for 30-45 minutes, until golden.
