Lentil tuna salad

1-15 oz. can lentils, drained & rinsed
1-5 oz. can tuna, drain if packed in water
2 celery stalks, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 tsp. whole grain Dijon mustard
3 T. olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
salt and pepper
garlic powder
cumin
parsley


Mix all ingredients together. Add seasonings
to taste. Enjoy!
