peas and baby corn salad
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 can baby corn, cut
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
3 T. olive oil
1 T. vinegar
1 T. sugar
salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
