black bean salad

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, drained
1 stalk celery, sliced or diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red, yellow, or orange bell pepper, diced
2 T. vinegar
2 T. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. onion powder-optional

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Black beans are a great source of protein, potassium, and iron!
